Island Strong Music Fest:
Giving Back to Our Community
Since 2022, the Island Strong Music Fest has been about more than just great music
and good times — it’s been about making a real impact right here in our community.
Thanks to the incredible support of our sponsors, attendees, and partners, we are
proud to share that from 2022–2025, over $286,000 has been given back to support
local projects and organizations.
Here’s where those funds have gone:
• TOGI Ball Field – $115,788.68 (Initial funding to begin improvements; not intended to complete the
full project. Funds were used for post-Hurricane Ida cleanup, fencing around both fields, construction
of dugouts, and ground/dirt work, including grass installation, with plans for additional funding in the
future.)
• Engineering costs for future drainage pump on Jackson Lane – $100,000.00
• M&L Engineer (Drainage pump for tractor pumps) – $24,399.00
• Neil’s Small Engine (Town lawn mower) – $12,070.36
• GI Garden Club (Island beautification) – $3,500.00
• GI Community Church (Supplies for children at church) – $2,500.00
• TOGI Easter Egg Hunt – $2,000.00
• Island Cats (Cat neutering program) – $1,000.00
• GIHS Athletic Department – $20,000.00 & $3,000.00

✨ Our Latest Contribution:
The Grand Isle Humble Road Gazebo — a new handicapped-accessible space currently in the
works, designed for our community to gather, relax, and enjoy. This festival is built on community, and every ticket, sponsorship, and donation helps strengthen
Grand Isle for years to come.
We couldn’t do this without all of YOU.
